Welcome to Inaistory.com (“Website”). INAI and/or its affiliates provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at inaistory.com, use INAI products or services, or use software provided by INAI in connection with any of the foregoing. INAI provides the Services subject to the following conditions. This user agreement (“Terms and Conditions” or “T&C” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “End User” or “your” or “Buyer” or “Customer” or “Registered User”) and INAI (“Company” or “us” or “We” or “inaistory.com”). This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Notwithstanding anything contained or said in any other document, if there is a conflict between the terms mentioned herein below and any other document, the terms contained in the present T&C shall alone prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site.

1.  INTRODUCTION

The domain name INAI is registered in the name of Oru Studio which is a registered partnership firm. It’s registered office is at No 10, Griffith Road, Pallavram – 600043. INAI is in the business of selling luxury leather bags and accessories such as wallets, clutches, accessories and more.

We may revise and update our website conditions at any time and your continued usage of this website means you accept those changes. While INAI aims to ensure that the information in this website is correct, sometimes errors do occur for which we apologise. Please refer back to these website terms & conditions of use from time to time so that you are aware of the revised and current terms and conditions.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.

By indicating user’s acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on the site, the user is obligated to complete such transactions. Users shall prohibit from indicating its acceptance to purchase products and services where it does not intend to complete such transactions.

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. INAI will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.

 2. Business

2.1. The websites are a platform that facilitate the online sale and purchase of merchandise and services (“Services”) offered by third party vendors and service providers (“Vendor/s”). Title to the merchandise (“Products”) will pass directly from the Vendors to you.

2.2. INAI has the right to change or discontinue any service at any time, without notice. INAI may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time. INAI shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the services.

3. Product

3.1. INAI enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company’s policy, which may be changed by INAI from time to time.

3.2. In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our  Team on 8778311510 or write to us on info@inaistory.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue

3.3 Incase the product is out of stock, our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash On Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.

4. Services

4.1. You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased by you; INAI shall not be liable for any such action.

4.2. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.

4.3. INAI shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the products purchased on the website.

5. Pricing Information

5.1. The pricing information relating to the product shall be as disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

5.2. INAI does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you.

5.3. While INAI strives to provide accurate information relating to products, services including pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed with incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, INAI may, at its discretion, we either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. INAI will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If INAI cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the entire amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made.

6. Credit Card Details

You might be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. You shall not use the credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by you. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card details. INAI expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/debit card.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of INAI before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners, vendors, or your location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the products or services for the area not covered by INAI, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

INAI acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and we will initiate the return process. A delivery executive from our third party couriers will be assigned  to pickup the package from the address that you have previously provided within a period of one week. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to info@inaistory.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.

All personalised products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws , buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of two weeks from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.

Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

INAI holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. For further information please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

9. Cancellation

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded into your credit card/bank account.

10. Colour Variations

Leather : Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, although please note colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor. Also, leather is a natural material and a slight variation is bound to appear in each item.

Hardware Color : Some of the products with metal hardware might tarnish or lose its shine over time due to weather conditions and usage. These are changes which occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against the manufacturers.

Defects and Scratches : All Inai products are hand crafted , hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.

Products are only designed seeing and keeping in mind all the above mentioned factors. Marks are common on leather as each skin is different to the other, as no two skins are the same. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects. Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects. This can happen due to use over a period of time which enhances the look and feel of the product, adding to its vintage appeal. Some types of leather might have a slight patina on the surface due to usage and is the quality of the leather. Products are only designed seeing and keeping in mind all the above mentioned factors. Marks are common on leather as each skin is different to the other, as no two skins are the same. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.

NOTE: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise.
