1). Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping in India! At Inai, all orders are shipped from our warehouse via our courier partner Shiprocket, who do so via multiple reputed courier companies such as:
Fedex and Delhivery
Currently, we only offer domestic delivery. In certain cases, if you require international delivery you can get in touch with us and we will help you out.
Once the order has been made, you will receive an e-mail from INAI, with the confirmation of the order and the delivery address to which the order will be dispatched. Following which you will receive a mail from our courier partner, Shiprocket with your tracking number and delivery details. All orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days for regular orders. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your order to reach you from the time of dispatch.
Monogrammed items: Please allow 3 extra business days for shipment of monogrammed pieces. Please note that your entire order will be shipped only after the monogrammed item is complete.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with INAI. To check the status of your orders, open the emails mentioning your AWB number and click on the’ Track your order’ button. If you have issues tracking your order, you can mail us with your order details and we will provide the shipping information you require.
Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing, starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with INAI. We shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of INAI.
Order deliveries will be made by our third-party couriers usually between 09.00 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We will take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the website. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person during the return pickup.
INAI aims to provide you with high-quality premium leather accessories. We invest an immense amount of care and detail while crafting every single INAI product, so we assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you in perfect condition.
We offer a free return policy within 15 days of receiving the product. You can notify us by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 8778311510 to initiate the return request.
If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, in such cases, the customer will have to write in to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order with the necessary details, providing photo proof of the same and we will respond to you right away.
If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, INAI shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
On receiving the return, our technical team will inspect the product to check that it is intact and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact and the dust bag should be returned as well. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s), which show signs of wear and/or being used before, will not be eligible for returns. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.
If INAI is unable to do organise the return pickup, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such a form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with INAI team.
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by INAI in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. These conditions will not apply to products where the defects could not, using reasonable diligence, be discovered, at the time of delivery.
All monogrammed products and products on sale/discounts will be final sale and not applicable for return unless the product has damages/defects due to manufacturing or shipping which will be subject to verification from our team.
3). How to Return?
We hope you don’t need to but, if you need to return the product, for certain reasons, we will accept it within 15 days of receiving the product. Please contact our team at the earliest at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 8778311510 (please drop us a message if you can’t reach us and we will get back to you at the earliest) and we will process your return. After which, we will arrange for our third party courier executive to pick up your product within 2-3 working days time, which you will be notified via email.
All products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.; It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit;
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by INAI in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If a product returned is duly accepted by INAI, the value of the said product, as originally paid by you will be refunded in the same bank account within 5-15 business days upon receipt of your item(s). A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or INAI.

INAI currently does not accept exchanges. Customers will follow the return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
