How do I place an order?
You can browse through our Shop page to view our entire range of products, once you’ve selected your preferred product in a specific colour, you can proceed to ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have finalized your purchases you can click on the ‘CHECK OUT” button to go ahead with the purchase.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Following which, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier partner, Shiprocket, containing the tracking details of your order. Alternatively, you could also use the same details to track your order directly from the courier website as well.
Will I receive confirmation e-mail if I have made an error in inputting the correct email address?
After an order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made. Confirmation emails can be forwarded by manually contacting us at +91 8778311510 or email us at email@example.com and we will help you by forwarding the confirmation e-mail to the correct address.
How fast will my order be processed?
We process all orders on the same day or within 24 hours of when the order has been placed. Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Sundays and public holidays. (we deserve a break too, you know)
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Of course! You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order excluding the Personalised items. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
When can I expect a refund after cancellation?
On cancelling an order, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order. The refund process is initiated and the amount is credited in the same bank account you used,
within 7-10 business days. The time taken may vary from bank to bank.
What do I do if I am interested in a product that is sold out?
Oh no! For products that are sold out, you can send us an email or join our newsletter to be notified once the product is back in stock.
I received my order and an item was damaged.
That’s not good! Please take a few pictures as soon as you receive your package and send us a brief description of the damage, the order number and your shipping information to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can contact us at +91 8778311510. We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible.
I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
